Terms of use
Last updated: September 29th, 2026
New Company Radar is a trading name of Sinecure Agentic Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17483833. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover New Company Radar’s lists, free week and subscriptions. The service is for businesses: by using it, you are acting for your practice, not as a consumer.
The service
Every weekday at 7am, we email you the new UK limited companies in the industries you choose that show no sign of an accountant yet, ranked with the strongest first, with a spreadsheet of all of them. Monday’s list also covers the weekend. Company details come from the public register at Companies House and are used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
“No sign of an accountant yet” is our own estimate from public information. We cannot guarantee that a company has no accountant or needs one, or that any number of companies will appear on a given day.
Your free week
Each practice can have one free week, and no card is needed. During the free week, each list shows the top 10 companies in the email; subscribers receive every company, with a spreadsheet. The free week ends seven days after you sign up, and the lists then stop unless you subscribe. We may decline a second free week for the same practice, including from a different email address.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans are monthly: one industry at £29, up to three industries at £49, or every industry at £99, as shown on our website when you subscribe. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe, at the start of each monthly period. If you subscribe during your free week, you are not charged until it ends.
You can cancel at any time by replying “stop” to any of our emails. Your lists continue until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part months. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any price change.
Using the lists
A subscription covers one practice. You may share the lists with colleagues in your practice, and we can send them to up to three colleagues’ addresses if you ask. You may not resell or publish the lists, or share them with anyone outside your practice.
Contacting companies
You are responsible for how you use the lists. When you contact a company or its directors, follow UK data protection and marketing law, including the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations: say who you are, keep it relevant to their business, and stop if they ask you to.
Our responsibility to you
We take care in preparing the lists, but they come from public records that can contain errors, and we provide them as they are. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms, and we will email subscribers about any important change before it applies. We may end a subscription straight away if these terms are broken, for example if the lists are resold. If we stop the service, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund any period you have paid for but not received.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
